A Good Start makes a Sweet Fart
Rise and shine and get moving, but what are we going to eat again today?! It has to be healthy, trendy, light, carb-free, gluten-free, dairy-free… shit why eat at all? Well I understand the situation at hand and for inspiration I grab towards my handy dandy Paleo Diet Book.
The idea of a diet is much to extreme, I would see it more as a way of living.. A lifestyle as you may. The Paleo Diet is focused on our primeval eating habits and goes forth on that. I find it easily to combine with the daily rituals and eating habits. Once a day I stray from the Paleo path and eat something that’s not written in the book for instance: when I’m at friends and they made a huge bowl of yummy pasta (carbs) I’ll dig in.
But this morning we decided to do a combination of some things and here’s the result. Eggs, Avocado, Nuts, a bit of Cheese, Lemon Ginger Tea, Coffee with Almond Milk (and honey) and a freshly made juice (Celery, Cucumber, Lemon, Lime and Green Apples all in one). Bon Appetite!
